Issue/Introduction

Governance running on virtual appliance and Jasper Report Server running on Windows Server 2016.

When using either the View Reports or Manage Reports feature when report configurations are made and the apply button is clicked the system just hangs with the following image

View Reports

All systems, governance and Jasper reports, appear to be functioning normally otherwise

Tried rebooting both platforms to resolve the issue, the issue remains.
