Clarity is incorrectly calculating the license type for Customer Investment Type's (CIT) Task Management access rights as "View Only".
Anytime a Customer Investment Type's (CIT) is created within Clarity, it would create all the appropriate access rights for that Customer Investment Type's (CIT) and define license type for each of those access rights.
The task management access rights listed below were suppose to be calculated as "Restricted", as documented in our product documentation, however were being calculated as "View Only".
Impact: Any user that were being reported as "View Only" with this right, would now be tracked as "Restricted". This change will only impact users that have one of these access rights assigned to them and do not have any other access right that would elevate their license type to Restricted or Full Functional. These users will move from View Only to Restricted after the change. We anticipate only a few customers would be impacted by this change.
Clarity 16.1.3 and below

Clarity will define Customer Investment Type's (CIT) Task management access right as "Restricted" starting Clarity 16.1.3 patch 1.
Broadcom will be changing the calculation for the above listed access rights to be tracked as "Restricted". This will be inline with what we have documented, and how we calculate Project's task access rights. This change will be implemented starting 16.2 (Targeted for Nov 2023)
