Scaling display issue in VIP Authentication Hub login screen

Issue/Introduction

 

When running the VIP Authentication Hub, and user's browser goes to the login screen, the button "choose another option" is not very visible, as the page is longer than what the browser can show at once.

 

Environment

 

VIP AuthHub 2.1.2;

 

Resolution

 

Upgrade VIP Authentication Hub to 2.1.3 to fix this issue.
