Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to gracefully shut down a SpanVA appliance?

Resolution

Currently this is not a way to gracefully bring down a SpanVA.  Shutting down the SpanVA from the host has been acceptable. The SpanVA is a hardened linux kernel and general has not seen issues shutting the VM down from the host.

A feature request ISFR-2863 has been created to track the need for a shutdown process.  If you are interested in this feature please reach out to support and ask to be included in the feature request.
