Issue/Introduction

Task Management security rights should have a license type of RESTRICTED.   For Projects, the license types are correctly set to RESTRICTED, but for Custom Investments, the license type is incorrectly set to VIEW ONLY.  (Note:  There are no tasks on Ideas, so the ideas are not impacted).

The 'Task Management' Access Right provides the user with the capability to create, edit and delete tasks & assignments on the Investments for which they have 'Investment View' access.

Investment 'Edit' access rights already include the 'Task Management' permissions.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. In Classic, make sure you have some Custom Investments (CIT) created (ex: Business Capability, Features, Line of Effort are the ones we created in the screenshot below).
  2. In Classic, go to Administration, License Information
  3. Filter the following:  Access Right="*task",  License Type=Restricted
    • It displays the Project Tasks rights correctly (See screenshot below)
  4. Edit the filter to the following: Access Right="*task",  License Type=View Only

Expected Results: When viewing the License Information portlets, all types of Investment Access Rights for 'Task Management' should indicate a 'Restricted' license type.

Actual Results: The Custom Investments and Team Investments Task Management access rights are displayed as a 'View Only' license type.

This also applies to the 'Team Investment' Licenses. In Release 16.1.3, the new perpetual teams are introduced.

Administrators create 'Teams' as an 'Investment Extension' object and therefore will have the 'Task Management' access rights.
