Management Center fails to push a policy to Edge SWG (ProxySG)

Issue/Introduction

After the upgrade of Edge SWG(ProxySG), Management Center is unable to push policy to that device. The error message is "An unexpected server error has occurred". 

Log.log file on Management Center contains the following entries:

Error calling method: installPolicy java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to parse health monitoring stats

Health Monitoring tab on Edge SWG(ProxySG) does not display any data. Health status is "Unknown":

 

Environment

• Edge SWG(ProxySG) upgraded to 7.3.15.1

Cause

Unknown.

Resolution

To resolve the issue please reboot Edge SWG (ProxySG).
