ORA-01749 You may not grant or revoke privilege to yourself

Issue/Introduction

Error "ORA-01749: You may not grant or revoke privilege to yourself" when granting permission to protect on DATA_PUMP_DIR with Oracle RDS. 

Environment

DLP 15.x / 16.x

Oracle RDS database 19c

Cause

The master user for the RDS Master user and protect user can not be the same. Issue observed in the scenario where master user for RDS name is protect.   

Resolution

The master username for the RDS must be different than the protect user. If the master username is given as protect then can create second master user for RDS with different name.
