Environment

EEM 12.x

Resolution

Next steps:
1) Increase the /tmp directory space to 6 gigs
2) Increase the /opt directory space to at least 100 gigs and the mount point allows a sticky bit
3) Remove any Autosys startup scripts from the /etc/init.d folder
4) Remove the /etc/*.CA files
5) Remove the /opt/CA directory structure.
6) Remove the dsa user and autosys user from the passwd file
7) Reboot the server
8) mount the 12.1 ISO
9) Make sure the short hostname and FQDN properly resolve to the IP address of the machine.
(In this case, the /etc/hosts file had to be updated)
