How can this be resolved?

This means the Utility Model specified is not valid or missing.

Reason:
The model ID you specified for the analysis is damaged or does not exist in this subsystem. There may
be missing or undefined user defined symbols.
Action:
You can use the RC/M Strategy Analysis Options screen to check the model ID you specified, or enter
the name of another model ID. The analysis cannot be performed until a functioning model ID is
specified. @DEFAULT specifies the Broadcom default model ID.

In the middle under Model Options, this is the Model ID being referred to. To see the available models to choose from place a 'Y'
next to Update Mod. You can wildcard the Model ID and Creator, or use '*' for a list of everything:
