Modelling of WA_links and WA_segments - after import using the MGW tool has resulted in breaks in links

Issue/Introduction
As part of a recent upgrade/migration, the SSE Corp Spectrum environment was moved to become a tenant as part of the newer NEOS Spectrum environment. Once the tenant was up and running and polling, it was found that the associations between certain models, in particular those that used WA_links and WA_segments, was no longer present. Though each of the devices/models may be Green, the link between devices using WA_links has disappeared and doesn't come back after performing a "Discover Connections".

Resolution
As per the engineers update, recently we fixed a problem with the Adjacency and Indirect_Adjaceny removal issue, when one of the connections was deleted with Fanout/Shared Media Link. We believe this should help here as well. We will be pushing the fix to 23.3.1, please upgrade to the 23.3.1 which is due for GA early Sep.
