Grloader failing with error "AHD03301:This operation requires Function Access for admin equal to Modify"

Issue/Introduction

Unable to load CIs via Grloader due to permission errors.

Steps:

1.  Create a Excel file to load via Grloader

2.  Execute the command:

GRLoader.exe -i grloader_sample.xlsx -a -n -E -s http://<hostname>:8080 -u servicedesk -p password

Getting below errors:

ERROR grDataMgr 1561 AHD03301:This operation requires Function Access for admin equal to Modify 

WARN  grDataMgr 2288 cmdb_get_cmdb_version not available, Reason:AHD03301:This operation requires    Function Access for admin equal to Modify 

Environment

Release : 17.3

Cause

The servicedesk user is case sensitive.

Resolution

Either provide the user as 'ServiceDesk' or install the CA SDM option ignore_security_case
