'WARNING! Anonymize ALL Resources' checkbox is grayed out

Issue/Introduction

The parameter 'WARNING! Anonymize ALL Resources' checkbox is grayed out when trying to run the 'Anonymize Personally Identifiable Information (PII)' job.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Administration > Data Administration > Reports and Jobs > Job Definitions
2. Open the job 'Anonymize Personally Identifiable Information (PII)'
3. Open the 'Parameters' tab
4. Open the WARNING! Anonymize ALL Resources parameter. All checkboxes are grayed out.
5. Activate the job from Job Definitions
6. Go to Home > Personal > Reports and Jobs > Jobs > Available Jobs
7. Open the job 'Anonymize Personally Identifiable Information (PII)'

Expected Results: It is possible to enable the 'WARNING! Anonymize ALL Resources' parameter

Actual Results: The parameter checkbox is grayed out and cannot be enabled.

Resolution

This issue has been fixed in Clarity 16.2.0.

For environments that have been upgraded from an earlier version (16.1.3 or earlier), it is necessary to upgrade the item from the PMO add-in:

Administration > Studio > Content Add-Ins > Accelerator: Program Management Office > Items, then select "Anonymize Personally Identifiable Information (PII)" item (it will show as Upgrade Ready) and click on Install.

 

Workaround:

Create a custom job (Administration > Data Administration > Reports and Jobs > Job Definitions > New):
