Error: 404 when SAML browser flow is restarted in the middle

Issue/Introduction

 

Running CA Access Gateway (SPS), when the authentication process is interrupted on the credential selector, and when the browser goes back to initiate the SAML flow again, it receives the return code 404.

 

Resolution

 

To solve this issue, ensure:

1. The Partnership has the feature "Track Delegated Authentication Status" unchecked (1);
2. The Policy Server is 12.8SP2 or higher to fix a related problem (DE350809 and DE385061) (2);
