Issue/Introduction

The following packs in Administration perspective context has out of date versions (1.5) for Latest version column:

PCK.AUTOMIC_RULE_SIMPLE has 1.5.0 instead of 2.0.3

PCK.AUTOMIC_RULE_STATECHANGE has 1.5.0 instead of 2.0.3

PCK_BOND has 1.3.5 instead of 11.0.7
