SOI Helpdesk connector upgrade to V 1.2.2

Issue/Introduction

I plan to upgrade the SOI Helpdesk connector from V1.2.1 to V1.2.2.  Can you please let me know if I need to uninstall V1.2.1 first and then do a fresh install of V1.2.2?  Or if could just do the upgrade on top of V1.2.1?

Resolution

There's no upgrade for the NIM Helpdesk, you would need to uninstall and install the new one.

Make sure you backup the \soi\tomcat\lib\resources\helpdesk.properties for reference
