Issue/Introduction

On xFlow Analysts interface, when a Contact is searched in the Search bar, some contact does not have the option 'New Ticket' to create a new ticket. 

Expected behavior: 'New Ticket' option is displayed when selected the searched Contact.

Environment

Release : 17.3

Resolution

Rebuild the index on Search server as shown below.

  1. Open the Command Prompt and move to ..\Program Files\CA\SC\CASearchServer\search\bin directory.
  2. Run the pdm_es_rebuild_index.bat 

The above process should recreate the CA Search Server indexes.
