Issue/Introduction

Error found while exporting Dashboards using the screenshot export menu

Steps to replicate:

  1. Create a new dashboard in JRS 8.1.1 directly (or Run an existing working dashboard which was working 7.8 and upgraded to 8.1.1)
  2. Enable the export button for the new Dashboard
  3. Navigate to Export Dashboard button > Screenshot menu > Choose any option apart from PNG, example: PDF, DOCX

Expected behavior :

Dashboard export to be successful

Actual behavior:

The webpage at http(s)://IP_ADDRESS/reportservice/rest_v2/dashboardExecutions/04998b1e-113c-4e8d-bd28-13cedff811a3/outputResource might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Workaround:
Use the Export Dashboard button > Detailed > Options (PDF..etc)

DE77376, in review by engineering.

Long term fix depending on if the issue was introduced as part of clarity Deployment. 

Alternate workaround adding additional jaspersoft user roles.
