Issue/Introduction

Scheduler returns the following error when a job is issuing a CANCEL and POST (CP command) using program CAJUCMD0:
                CACM034E CP       JOB      jobname      userid    IS NOT AUTHORIZED 

Option SECURITY=YES is used on the CAS9 CAIJGEN command.

Resolution

Define the user ID to Scheduler, and with Type=MANAGER.

Example: DEFINE USERID NAME=user001,TYPE=M

When SECURITY=YES is used, the Scheduler internal security is checked first follows by the external security (RACF/ACF2/Top Secret).  The CP command requires Type=Manager.
