Spectrum VNA ACI Alarms not published by Spectrum Connector to SOI

Issue/Introduction
We have Spectrum integrated with VNA and SOI. We have noticed that none of the VNA ACI alarms or devices are not being passed to Spectrum.
What do we need to do to configure this to make it work?
Environment
Release : 22.2.x / 21.2.x
Spectrum with VNA and SOI integrated
Cause
The SOI connector needs to have the resources populated in order for the SOI connector to pass the correct devices and alarms.
Resolution
SOI\resources\Configurations\SpectrumIM\Device.xml and SOI\resources\Configurations\SpectrumIM\NonDevices.xml files on the Connector system can be customized that the connector published CIs for additional Model Types from Spectrum.
Added the VNA model types to the devices.xml file.

Additional Information
ER has been created to have these models added out of box in a future Spectrum release.
