When creating custom NCM Device families, devices are not showing up correctly in the new device family.

Issue/Introduction
We are using a complex custom device family search that contains many different search criteria.
We have verified that devices should pass this criteria, but they are not being placed into the updated custom device family.
We also verified that from Configuration Manager, General Configuration, "Migrate devices from out-of-Box device families to custom device families" is enabled.

Release : 22.2.x
Cause
Bug in Spectrum logic does not allow the device families to go into the correct custom device family.
Resolution
You need to set MigrateDevicesToOOBFamilies to Yes on ALL SpectroSERVERs.
Search for all landscapes for Model Type Name Equal to ConfigurationManager. Then check each poller for the attribute:
See if any are set to No. If they are, set them to yes.
Likewise you could search for all landscapes that have MigrateDevicesToOOBFamilies set to No.
Once completed, Navigate to each custom device family and update it.
