When sending reports from DLP, if there are Korean characters or Non-English Characters in Subject or Body , the recipient email body shows '??????' characters

Issue/Introduction

1. Open up any incident report from enforce console dashboard and click on Send now option.
2.  We get a window for Send Report and fills in the To field, Subject, Message  field.
3. So in the Message field he types in some text in Korean language and sends it.
4. In the recipient inbox he receives the email and finds that the body of the email shows ?????? for the Korean text.

Environment

DLP 16.0, MP1 and MP2

Cause

Charset on the Reporting side was broken

Resolution

The fix for this issue will be made available in DLP 16.0 RU1 which will be released sometime in September, we do not have an exact date for now. CRE team confirmed that they won't be releasing the fix for the current version(DLP 16.0 GA, MP1 and MP2), so need to install RU1 once it is released in September and that should fix the issue.
