My AppNeta Monitoring point is getting downgraded. I am using Windows / MAC native monitoring points, and older MP versions are being restored after upgrades.
Has your organization deployed any NMP's using Automated Software, such as Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM)?
You may noticed some of the monitoring points showing regressed versions, shortly after a successful upgrade.
Our recent 15.0 Windows/macOS release was successfully updated on your fleet, but some Monitoring Points have been reverted to earlier versions. This may be caused by SCCM (or other configuration management) re-deploying the older version.
Please work with your System Administrator to ensure you AppNeta Native Monitoring Points are running version 15.0 or newer.
1. Ensure SCCM is updated with the most recent 15.0 install package.
Go to Manage Monitoring Points Page, click Add Monitoring Point and select Windows or macOS as appropriate. Add this package to your SCCM repo.
2. Set SCCM to deploy the application only.
Do not allow SCCM to perform updates/downgrades.
AppNeta monitoring points will update themselves.
