Getting HTTP 500 server error when utilizing WebLogic 12.1.1.4 with AWI 21.0.5

Issue/Introduction

AWI 21.0.5 (even latest HF4) or later does not work on Oracle Weblogic 12.2.1.4. The AWI URL returns http 500,

The AWI log shows the following warnings:

Configuration files are present.

Resolution

The defect is fixed in with Automic Web Interface 21.0.7, and higher version of WebLogic should be used, 14.1.1. Warnings may still be present in the logs, but those can be ignored.
