Issue/Introduction

Team Board Layout setting - unable to move "In Review" card between completed and accepted flow state.

 

"In Review" 3 dots shows grey out.

But if I create a new one 3 dots is available (move left/right is doable) but the old "In Review" card unable to remove.

Resolution

I was unable to move/delete any columns if there were artifacts in them.  Remove all artifacts from the column seeing the issue.  To do this it will be necessary to change to the "Board" view ( See 2nd screenshot below)
