Issue/Introduction

When attempting SMP/E 'RECEIVE ORDER(Internet Service Retrieval)'  "HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden":

 GIM44336S ** AN UNUSUAL CONDITION OCCURRED. GIMJVREQ - java.io.IOException: Unable to tunnel through proxy. Proxy returns "HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden"
 GIM20501I    RECEIVE PROCESSING IS COMPLETE. THE HIGHEST RETURN CODE WAS 12.

Resolution

SMP/E Receive Order uses USS for the SMPNTS, SMPWKDIR and the user's home directory.

If these directories are a HFS rather than a zFS, or if ACID|logonid|userid runing the SMP/E job does not have R/W access to the directories the "HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden" error can occur.
