Issue/Introduction

Issue with robot, that is unresponsive due to use, and get multiple inactive robot alerts. We are still getting data from the robot. The robot is red in IM, but the probes underneath it are green, but it times out when trying to get configurations.

This seems to have increased since updating to CU8.

Cause

There were over 100k legacy items in the niscache directory that were causing over use of the robot.

Resolution

- stop the problem robot
- remove all files from the ../nimsoft/niscache directory
- start the robot
