Unable to access UIM related web page installed on linux host

Issue/Introduction

Completed the installation of DX UIM successfully but I can't access the uimhome webpage.

Environment

Release: 20.4
Component: wasp

Resolution

This can be caused by a couple different things. Validate the following to determine the underlying issue:

-local firewall turned on
-port 80 is already in use (this would generally have been picked up during an installation)
-on the system run 'wget http://localhost' (if you get connection refused one of the above items is the issue)
-test from another machine if you can connect if the wget works (if this fails it could indicate a firewall issue between the systems)
