Error code 4805 - Failed to initialize OCR Client on the Detection Servers

Issue/Introduction

After updating the certificates on the F5 load balancers and importing the new certificate into the Detection Servers, the Detection Servers show a code 4805, "Failed to initialize OCR client".

Environment

Resolution

The permissions on the det_ocr_keystore were set to "root root".
After changing the permissions to "root protect" the message is no longer being generated.
