Issue/Introduction
When a job from the console is pushed to an endpoint the endpoint does not get the job to execute

Release : 3.3
Cause
Time syncronization: The endpoint time was set to a different time zone than that of the GSS server
Resolution
The endpoint time was set to a different time zone than that of the GSS server causing the endpoint not to get the job
