Looking over the documentation to upgrade a RHEL 8 software gateway 11 to 11 CR01, there are two options:
What is the difference between using the patch.sh script and the Patch Management Service (PMS)? There doesn't appear to be much of a functionality change between the two.

From a functionality perspective, the patch.sh script and Patch Management Service does the same thing. The added benefit of using the PMS is that there is better logging to troubleshoot errors if a patch fails to upload or install.
