Contents of drives mapped as local drives via RDP or Citrix are NOT displayed in RC Viewer

Issue/Introduction
In Citrix or RDP connection, In Remote Control Viewer the local Drives appear with empty content :
Environment
Client Automation 14.5
Resolution
Open a case at CA Broadcom Technical Support and ask for the fix T5J8129
This fix could be applied on RC Viewer version 14.5 (with or without CU patch).
With the fix installed the drive content is correctly displayed
