Can I be notified when a filtering policy is triggered?

Resolution

When a content filtering policy is triggered, one of the actions you can set is for a notification to be sent.

To create a notification template, navigate to [Control Center > Content > Resources > Notification].

The template must be named and a mailbox to send the notification to must be specified.

The notification can be sent to the sender, recipient, other people, or all of them.

Variables can be added for the sender, recipient, subject, and attachments of the message that triggered the policy in both the subject and body of the notification.

This notification can be set in an action for all filtering policies - spam, malware, threat defense and content.
