Global collection updation takes more time after Spectrum upgrade.

Issue/Introduction

When we right click on a global collection and Update GlobalCollection it is taking lot of time after upgrade around (20+ minutes).

Cause

Using INTERNAL_IF_ALIAS (0x0011f82) in the search criteria, which is an expensive operation and causing the slowness. 

Resolution

Please add the below two lines in .vnmrc on all the SpectroSERVER's and restart to make the GC searches faster.
