Resolution

This issue has been reported and addressed under our ITMS 8.7 RU1 (8.7.1) release.

For those in the 8.7 RTM version, there is a pointfix under our KB 261271 "CUMULATIVE POST ITMS 8.7 RTM POINT FIXES"
