Unable to create new User Directory - CloseRelatedConnectionOnFailure

Issue/Introduction

When trying to create a user directory object in AdminUI, following error is reported in the server.log and the user directory does not get created.

com.netegrity.llsdk6.imsapi.exception.AttributeNotPresentException: This method requires the presence of an attribute which was not provided. The attribute is named CloseRelatedConnectionOnFailure.

 

Environment

Release : 12.8.07

Cause

AdminUI is failing to see the Policy Store schema correctly and fail so there is no instruction sent to Policy Server to create the user directory object.

Resolution

Reinstalling the AdminUI resolved the issue.
