Issue/Introduction

When attempting to reconfigure a cluster to use 2 primary nodes and 1 secondary one, on startup the following message appears:

PAM-CMN-5083: Unable to turn on the cluster because one or more cluster members failed cluster start checks

Environment

Release : 4.1.x  all

Resolution

The issue may occur if the VIP address configured in the cluster settings is not in the same subnet as the site members. That may prevent effective communication between the secondary site and port 8443 of the VIP.

Once configured it to the same subnet, they started their cluster successfully.
