Recovery Analyzer found no tablespace PRA#LOAD fails with UTS0304E error

Issue/Introduction

The Recovery Analyzer for Db2 for z/OS (PRA) PRA#LOAD job fails with UTS0304E and our new objects are not in the tablespace list.

Resolution

The failing job logs shows: 
UTS0304E - The UTLS Parmlib member for the Utility Sort service invalid.

Try the following to resolve the problem: 

Go into Post Install INSMAIN

1  Setup      - Create/edit global and product parmlib members
3  Products   - Create/edit product parmlib members
S UTLS       Utility Sort

This should create/update the UTLS member correctly.
Then rerun the PRA#LOAD. Once this job completes successfully all new objects will be loaded into the PRA tables and can be displayed for tablespace list.
