Jasper tab is flickering and not loading all options within SDM tab.

Issue/Introduction

Within the SDM tab, the Jasper URL is continuously refreshing and not loading all options. It gives the login screen and once we log in it keeps flickering and does not load any options.

-> The client has added a tab for Jasper Reports in SDM and added the Jasper URL to it.

-> However all options are not loading and keep blinking and clicking on home or any menu redirects to the login screen.

Release : 17.3

Cause

The SDM was configured with SSL but Jasper was non-SSL, due to which the cookies are not consistent and the flickering was occurring. 

Resolution

Since SDM had SSL enabled, within SDM non SSL Jasper was unable to load and was flickering. After enabling SSL in Jasper it started working fine.
