Controller probe high memory usage with robot version 9.39

Issue/Introduction

We are experiencing high memory usage with controller probe version 9.39.

We downgraded to 9.38 and the probe is behaving normally.

Refer to the below screenshots of high memory usage.

Additional info out of 23 secondary hubs, this hub is the only one where we see this behavior.

Release : UIM 20.4, robot_update 9.39
