Xpress Policies fail with "method requires the presence of an attribute which was not provided"

Issue/Introduction

Xpress Policies (PXs) fail when the PX processes attribute(s) are not present on the user profile screen.

VST shows the task is completed, but the PX has an error, the message is "ERROR MESSAGE: Error building action event. Failed performing action type action.name.set.user.values; This method requires the presence of an attribute which was not provided

Environment

Release : 14.4 CP2

Cause

Product defect reported in 14.4 CP2.

Resolution

A hotfix,  HF-DE572522, was created for 14.4 CP2

Alternatively, the workaround is to add all attributes in the PX to the user profile screens.
