Issue/Introduction

You require assistance with dashboards, widgets (sometimes referred to as "reports"), or scorecards that were not included in the base installation of Information Centric Analytics (ICA).

Resolution

Broadcom does not extend product support to include the creation or troubleshooting of custom dashboards, widgets, or scorecards. This includes modifications to the dashboards, widgets, and scorecards installed by default. If you require assistance with configuring or troubleshooting any of these items, Broadcom support will make reasonable effort to determine whether the problem is caused by an underlying processing or connection failure. If the underlying problem is determined to be with the customization, you will be directed to contact professional services for assistance.
