Issue/Introduction

Can Messaging Gateway (SMG) can be configured to use different quarantine notification emails based on the recipient domain name.

For example, the quarantine notification email sent to recipients at example.com is different from quarantine notifications sent for recipients in the example.org domain.

Resolution

Currently Messaging Gateway uses the same quarantine notification template for all quarantine notification regardless of the domain of the recipient with quarantined messages. Changes to the spam notifications are not currently on the Messaging Gateway product roadmap.
