Issue/Introduction

Installation of the point fix Patch_8_6_POST_RU3_v4_22March.zip updates the plug-in version from 8.6.4155 to 8.6.4156 but the value in the query changes to 8.6.4220.  This causes computers with the latest software update agent plug-in to be targeted by this filter.
