When using customized fcc pages, can sample pages be removed from SiteMinder webagent?

Issue/Introduction

If customized .fcc pages are being used, can the sample pages be removed and still have the web agent function?

Resolution

The samples folder can be removed if any of the following are true.

• You are using a custom .fcc page and localization is not being used, i.e. the "Localization" ACO parameter is set to 'no'.
• You are not using forms authentication.

(NOTE: The basic password services, smpwservices.fcc file is located in the forms directory)
