EPI LOGOFF function stopped working after migrating OPS from 13.5 to 14.0

Issue/Introduction

After migrating OPS from 13.5 to 14.0 we have noticed that our REXX programs no longer logoff from EPI terminals. Function EPI LOGOFF stopped working.

It causes an issue that when next time the script tries to log in, then it hangs because EPI LOGOFF not working anymore as it was in version 13.5 

Environment

Release : 14.0

Cause

The actual problem is that the automatic release of EPI enqueues at the END of the programs is not working in release 14.0.

Resolution

LU03721 corrects the problem if the REXX programs are running in OSF servers.

LU11034 corrects the problem if the REXX is running outside OSF servers (in batch jobs for example).

This problem occurs after upgrading from a previous release to OPS 14.0
