Unable to rename SLA names

Issue/Introduction
In Uim 20.4 GA, we can rename the SLA names on SLM page, after upgrading to CU, the field appears deactivated/greyed out.
Environment
- Release: 20.4
Resolution
- The engineering team has confirmed this issue has been fixed and will be available in 20.4 CU9.
