Issue/Introduction

We have the need to understand why we were unable to see the VIP IP information on the live access logging, and only the physical IP addresses are shown, instead.

Environment

Release : SG/ASG/ISG-Proxy

Resolution

The Reflect IP/VIP are not part of the access log fields, hence wouldn't be seen in the access logs. Please refer to the Tech. Article with the URL below, for the Edge SWG (ProxySG) Access Log Fields.
