Nodes on uvms master from subordinate are on Unknown Status or inaccesible

Issue/Introduction
When a user connects to the UVMS Master where several UVMS Subordinates have been declared and Share Nodes, some of them are displayed with "Unknown Status" and it's impossible to display their Objects, Job Runs or Node Settings with error "Access denied".
The error that we obtain in the universe.log of the impacted node is:

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

In case you are experiencing this problem and the fix has not yet been published, please open a case with Technical Support referencing this article so that we can provide you a fixed central.jar to replace the 7.0.11 version to fix the issue.
