OPS3092H OPS0902E Cannot find program STOPMQS in SYSEXEC returned by OPSMVS

Issue/Introduction

In the "STCTBL_ACT" table (created by SNAPSHOT utility), for the UP_DOWN action of MQSeries the associated command generated by the utility is:
TSOCMD("OI STOPMQS CMDCHAR(+MTT1) JOBNAME(&JOBNAME)")

The "STOPMQS" executable is not present in the samples supplied with the product (CCLXEXEC or CCLXSAMP).So OPSMVS returns the following error message:
OPS3092H OPS0902E Cannot find program STOPMQS in SYSEXEC

Environment

Release : 14.0

Cause

SNAPSHOT utility is not pointing to the correct program to stop MQ

Resolution

Apply PTF LU11037 

Additional Information

CIRCUMVENTION:                                                             
Change the name of the OPS/REXX exec that is invoked in the SSM DOWN       
Action for the MQSERIES managed task to the value of SHUTMQS, which is     
found in the hlq.CCLXEXEC provided install dataset.
