OPS3092H OPS0902E Cannot find program STOPMQS in SYSEXEC returned by OPSMVS

Issue/Introduction

In the "STCTBL_ACT" table (created by SNAPSHOT utility), for the UP_DOWN action of MQSeries the associated command generated by the utility is:
TSOCMD("OI STOPMQS CMDCHAR(+MTT1) JOBNAME(&JOBNAME)")

The "STOPMQS" executable is not present in the samples supplied with the product (CCLXEXEC or CCLXSAMP).So OPSMVS returns the following error message:
OPS3092H OPS0902E Cannot find program STOPMQS in SYSEXEC

Environment

• CA OPS/MVS 14.0 and higher
• System State Manager (SSM) V2 or V3
• IBM MQSeries

Cause

SNAPSHOT utility is not pointing to the correct program to stop MQ

Resolution

• Apply PTF LU11037 to get the latest version of the SNAPSHOT program 
  
  
• Change the DOWN action for MQ Series to use one of the syntaxes below:
  •             
     From an OPS/REXX program or rule if CPF registered

     Address Osf                                       
    
     "OI PROGRAM(SHUTMQS) ARG(MQP1)"                   

     From an SSM action:                               

     TSOCMD("OI PROGRAM(SHUTMQS) ARG(MQP1)")           

                                                       
     From an OPS/REXX program or rule , non CPF        

     Address Osf
