Tasks Grid does not auto-refresh after modifying an assignment

Issue/Introduction

The Tasks Grid does not auto-refresh after modifying an assignment that causes changes to its task.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a project with tasks and assignments.
2. Open the Tasks module in the Grid view.
3. Open the details flyout for a Task that has assignments.
4. Change the finish date of an assignment to the future so that the task finish date has to extend as well.

Expected Results: After a few seconds, the Tasks Grid view auto-refreshes and reflects the new task finish date.

Actual Results: The Tasks Grid view does not auto-refresh. A manual refresh (browser refresh) will update the task values.
